- Name — required, so we know who we're speaking with.
- Mobile number — required, so our team can call or WhatsApp you back.

- Service required — optional, so we can route your enquiry to the right technician.
This form does not submit your details to any server we operate. Submitting it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp chat and/or your device's email app addressed to us, and you choose whether to send that message. We only receive your information if you actually send it through WhatsApp or email.
If you call or WhatsApp us directly using the phone number on this site, we receive your phone number and any information you choose to share in that conversation, in line with WhatsApp's and your mobile carrier's own privacy practices.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inspection requests and service enquiries.
- To schedule technician visits and follow-up appointments.
- To send service confirmations, quotes, and warranty documentation.
- To contact you about an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) if you have signed up for one.
