Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you book an inspection, treatment, or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with SLV Pest Control ("we", "us", "our"), whether arranged by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through this website.

1. Free Inspection & Quotes

Inspections are provided free of charge. The prices listed on this website (starting from ₹599 for cockroach-only gel treatment, ₹799 for general pest control, ₹999 for ticks & fleas, ₹1,199 for bed bugs, ₹1,299 for wood borer treatment, and ₹3,199/year starting for AMC) are starting prices. Your final price depends on property size, pest severity, and the treatment plan agreed after inspection. We will always share a written quote before starting any paid work — nothing is charged without your confirmation.

2. Scheduling

We aim to offer same-day service for requests made before noon, subject to technician availability in your area. Exact appointment windows are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp after you enquire.

3. Service Warranty

Paid treatments come with a documented service warranty, the length of which depends on the treatment type (for example, 4 months for cockroach and general pest control as noted on our pricing page). If the treated pest returns within the warranty period, we will re-treat the affected area at no extra cost, provided the conditions that caused the original infestation have not materially changed (for example, new construction work, water damage, or a fresh source of infestation from a neighbouring property).

The warranty covers re-treatment of the specific pest and area treated — it does not cover unrelated pest species, cosmetic or structural damage caused by pests before treatment, or issues arising after the warranty period has ended.

4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

An AMC includes scheduled visits across the year (quarterly, unless otherwise agreed) plus priority response for emergency call-outs between visits. AMC terms, visit frequency, and renewal price are confirmed in writing at the time of signup.

5. Access & Preparation

You're responsible for providing our technicians reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, and for following any preparation instructions we share beforehand (such as clearing a work area or covering food items). Delays caused by lack of access may require rescheduling.

6. Safety

We use government-approved, eco-safe formulations designed for residential use. Even so, our technicians will advise on any short precaution period (for example, keeping children or pets out of a treated room for a few hours) — please follow this guidance for your family's safety.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a booked appointment by contacting us before the scheduled visit. Since inspections are free, there is no charge for cancelling an inspection. For paid treatments already scheduled, please give us as much notice as possible so we can reallocate the technician's time.

8. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the agreed treatment, based on the written quote shared after inspection, unless a different arrangement (such as AMC instalments) has been agreed in advance. We do not add hidden charges beyond the confirmed quote.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in every treatment, pest control outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control (such as neighbouring properties, structural conditions, or weather). Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to re-performing the treatment under the applicable warranty, or refunding the amount paid for that specific service, whichever we determine is appropriate after reviewing the case.

10. Website Use

The content on this website (text, images, and the SLV Pest Control name and logo) belongs to SLV Pest Control / SLV Group India and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Terms agreed at the time of a specific booking will continue to apply to that booking.
